This summer we are attempting, as a family, to participate in at least one service project each week. Some of these projects may extend for many weeks. Some projects will be done in one day. In either case we are trying to be intentional about serving others, learning about the needs of our community/world, helping other families to identify family-friendly service opportunities, and making service a core value in our family. We’ll share opportunities we find here along with some pictures and descriptions from our projects. We’d love to hear what other families are doing to serve together as a family. Sharing your experiences may inspire others to get out there and do the same.
