Earlier this week I had the pleasure of photographing this gorgeous and peaceful property listed by Colleen Gustavson and Scott Buzzelli of Middleburg Real Estate.
I can’t lie… the entire time I was there I was thinking how perfect it would be to live there…
myself…
I love my home and community. I really do.
But if I was looking… I would be looking here.
There is a pond with a charming walkway leading to a gazebo from which you can fish.
As a matter of fact… the fishing pole was laying out so I just had to feature this aspect of the property… this is my favorite picture from the day. I love when I have the chance to be a bit creative during a property shoot.
There was also this adorable detached photography studio – er – garage (sorry… can’t help dreaming a bit
) with a home office above that looked out over the property.
The inside was truly fantastic as well… a homeowner with incredible taste and a home full of upgrades, trim, built-ins… no detail was overlooked. I’ll put the rest of my favorites in a slideshow… because the post is getting long. But you definitely have to check out the incredible arched window in the kitchen as well as the wall of windows in the family room looking out over the pond – ah and the master bedroom has a sitting room that looks out over the pond as well… And the kitchen… well the kitchen is gorgeous. And check out the built-ins throughout.
This was another home that left me coming home and wanting to redecorate a room!
