My daughter has been begging to ride the Capital Wheel since it opened this spring. Yesterday, one of her Grandmas was brave enough to ride it with her and she LOVED it. They both said it was slow and smooth and air conditioned (which is a good thing!). It is, unfortunately, quite expensive for the 12-15 minute ride, however. But she had a good time. Here’s one shot I took while I waited down below with my other daughter who insisted her feet remain planted firmly on the ground!
